Apple tend to be delivered on the day they are released. As long as your relative is in it should arrive, I would enquire who is delivering it such as Parcel Force, or UPS if you check with them they can let you know an estimated date and time. And that case looks good your looking at, I do recommend the Zagg invisi sheild, its a see through plastic film you add to the screen or metal back if you buy the fill covering version so it would act against light bumps and scratches.

why did you jailbreak the iphone?
since all the software on jailbreak is uncheckable by apple which is the main problem with jailbreak if one piece of software screws up the phone can die and apple will not repair it
Pre-Orders tend to be shipped to your house the same day as they are released in the stores. when i ordered my 3GS, i had it ship to my house and it was at my doorstep when it was released at the AT&T stores. For minimalist design on the ipad, i suggest the Switcheasy Nude for the iPad. Hope this helped

pre orders normally come a day before they arrive in stores or on the day it depends how apple operate, probably because its apple id say its more likely it will arrive at your door on the day of release rather than before, again due to apple and whoever they send it by.
